Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Centralynk handles information for the hosted website at centralynk.com and hosted application at app.centralynk.com. It does not apply to self-hosted deployments.

If you self-host Centralynk using your own infrastructure, Tim Devlamynck and Centralynk do not collect your account data, brand data, scan results, or usage data. Your data handling depends entirely on the systems and providers you configure.

When you use the hosted service, we may collect:

• Email address and access credentials
• Brand names and domains you add
• Scan queries and results
• API key identifiers (never the key values themselves)
• Usage data and preferences
• Waitlist form submissions (name, email, company, reason)

Centralynk does not train AI models on your data. When you use a third-party model provider through BYOK, your queries are sent directly to that provider to generate responses. Third-party provider data handling is governed by their own terms.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process scan requests and generate visibility reports
• Respond to support requests
• Send access codes and service communications
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your brand data or scan results with any third party. We may share information only to comply with legal obligations or protect rights and safety.

Your API keys are stored encrypted in your database. They are never returned in API responses, never logged in plain text, and never shared with any third party including Centralynk.

We use JWT authentication, rate limiting, HTTPS via Cloudflare TLS 1.3, org-level data isolation, and internal network isolation to protect your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing tim@centralynk.com.

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability

We use minimal cookies necessary to operate the Service, including authentication tokens. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated policy and update the "Last Updated" date.
