By accessing or using Centralynk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Centralynk is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that tracks brand visibility across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overview.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering the platform, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Service to violate any applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and data on this Service — except user-supplied content — are the property of Centralynk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI engine output captured by the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centralynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
